Today during our “Kids in the Kitchen” segment, our Executive Director/Head of School talked with scholars about the importance of fresh fruit, healthy eating habits, and making nutritious choices.

Scholars enjoyed creating their very own fruit parfaits while learning about nutrition through a fun, hands-on experience. Even more exciting, some of the fruits we discussed are growing right here in our school garden, helping our scholars make real-world connections between gardening, healthy foods, and where their food comes from.

At Children’s Safari Private School, we believe the best learning happens when scholars can explore, create, and experience it for themselves.

Our Explorers had a blast this week during their nature walk!

From observing nature up close to discovering the world around them, our scholars enjoyed an engaging outdoor learning experience filled with exploration, curiosity, and fun. Experiences like these help foster a love for learning while encouraging creativity, observation, and appreciation for the natural world.

Today, I had the privilege of traveling to Houston to pick up our newly purchased school bus and additional materials that will support the growth of our program.

The rain didn’t stop our shine! 🌧️☀️

Our scholars pulled out their scooters, skates, and bikes and enjoyed every moment of the day. Even with the weather, the smiles, laughter, and excitement never slowed down.

Field trips provide opportunities for our scholars to build social skills, develop confidence, practice teamwork, and create meaningful learning experiences beyond the classroom walls. Watching their excitement as their kites soared through the sky and hearing their laughter throughout the park made this day truly special.

At Children’s Safari, we believe some of the best learning happens through hands-on experiences and new adventures. Today was filled with smiles, sunshine, friendship, and memories that our scholars will cherish for a long time.

🌿 Nature Week Adventures! 🌿

Our Young leaders enjoyed a wonderful day in the garden during Nature Week! Scholars explored the outdoors, observed colorful plants, searched for signs of nature, and discovered how gardens provide both food and beauty to our community. Hands-on learning experiences like these help spark curiosity, encourage exploration, and build a deeper appreciation for the world around us.
