It's a great day to be a Knight! We are thrilled to announce that one of our very own students will be going to Super Bowl LXI!

Mark is the only one of the thousands of students who completed Finn's Mission through the American Heart Association who was chosen to attend the game this coming February. Congratulations!

The primary goal of Finn's Mission is for students and their families to watch a video and learn the "Check-Call-Compress" method. It teaches children how to spot the warning signs of a stroke using the F.A.S.T. acronym, and kids take pledges to avoid va**ng and stay physically active.

School Start-Up Dates are here!

The countdown to a new school year is on, Knights! Mark your calendars for these important August events:

📚Tuesday, August 4 | Experience the Academy (Meet the Teacher)
Kick off the school year by meeting your teachers, exploring campus, picking up student IDs and devices, and getting ready for an amazing year at Mesa Academy!

Please note this is a scheduled event (not an open house). Families should attend one of the following sessions:
10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

We can’t wait to welcome our Knights back to campus for the first day of another incredible school year!

🎳 Wednesday, August 12 | PTO Back-to-School Mixer at FatCats
Join us from 4:00–7:00 p.m. at FatCats Mesa (5846 E. Longbow Parkway, Mesa, AZ 85215) for an evening of fun and school spirit! Meet other Mesa Academy families while enjoying games, food, and activities.

May’s IB Trait of the Month was BALANCED ⚖️

As part of their Close Up Trip, 8th graders spent a day in Philadelphia.

They started at the Constitution Center, watched the incredible Freedom Rising production, enjoyed authentic Philly cheesesteaks for lunch, and explored the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall.

Some students visited Benjamin Franklin’s house while others checked out more historic sites around the city. We wrapped up the day at Dave & Buster’s with food, games, and lots of fun! ❤️

🏛️Celebrating Mesa’s History with Our Amazing Knights!

On May 2nd, the Mesa Historic Preservation Society honored the rich history of our city and our Knights proudly shined throughout the ceremony! From incredible artwork to thoughtful essays, our students showcased their creativity, talent, and passion for preserving Mesa’s story.

A huge congratulations to our award winners:
🥉 Kevin Lundgren (7th Grade) — 3rd Place in the 7th–12th Grade Essay Category
🥈 Bela Kirkling (5th Grade) — 2nd Place in the 4th–6th Grade Art Category
🎉 Group Mural Project Winners:
