When a project feels too big, the planning spirals. Stop reaching for what isn't decided yet.

Name what's already firm. Build from there.

Is there a business decision you’ve been circling for a while? Something you know you need to make but keep putting off because you’re not sure what the right answer is?

Most coaches have at least one. Usually more. Pricing, niche, how to talk about what you do, how to structure your time.

The Builder is designed to walk you through them, one at a time. 8 modules plus an intro. Each module focuses on one decision, helps you think it through from multiple angles, and asks you to commit before moving on. At the end, your inputs generate a 90-day plan built from your actual choices.

No deadlines, no group chat. You decide when to start and how fast to move.

Nobody can tell you the “right” price to charge or the “right” way to structure your client journey. Those are your decisions.

But the Three-Lens Framework gives you a way to make them thoughtfully, from confidence rather than guessing.

This is from Episode 154. Comment “episode 154” for the link.

And if you want to practice the framework on real decisions, The Builder walks you through eight of them. Free, self-paced. Comment “builder” for access.

Capable does not just mean skilled. It means someone who follows through. Who keeps their word when it gets hard. Who the people around them already trust, because they have shown over time who they are.

Skill without trust does not hold up under pressure.

When you are deciding whether to lean on someone, do not just measure what they can do. Pay attention to who they have already proven themselves to be.

If you listened to this week’s episode and thought, “okay, I want to actually use this framework on real decisions,” that’s exactly what The Builder is for.

It’s a free, self-paced course that walks you through eight foundational business decisions using the Three-Lens Framework. Who do I serve? How do I describe what I do? How do I price my work? What does my client’s journey look like?

Each module is one decision, explored from all three lenses. By the time you finish, you’ll have a 90-day plan built from your actual choices and a decision-making habit that lasts beyond the course.

The most commonly overlooked lens in business decisions is the first one: you.

What do you need here? What energizes you versus what drains you? What kind of practice fits the life you actually want to live?

I see coaches build businesses that look successful from the outside but feel wrong on the inside. That’s what happens when you skip this question.

Episode 154 teaches the full framework. Comment “154” for the link.

If business decisions feel harder than they need to, it’s probably because you’re only looking at them through one or two lenses instead of three.

Every decision you face has three stakeholders: you, your client, and your business. Most of us skip at least one, and that’s where the stuckness comes from.

This week’s episode breaks down the framework and walks through a real example.

New episode tomorrow.

If you’ve ever been stuck on a business decision and just wished someone would tell you the right answer, this one is for you.

It breaks down a framework for thinking through any business decision you face as a coach, and I walk through a real example so you can see how it works.

Stay tuned.

When a collaboration goes sideways, it usually was not the end that broke it. It was already off at the start.
Three questions to put everyone through. Do they get it. Do they want it. Are they capable of it.

Wanting it is easy to spot. Capability is a training question, sometimes worth the investment, sometimes not. Getting it is the one you cannot train. It is instinct. You can love a person, respect them, see real potential in them, and still know they will never quite see what you see.

The sooner you can tell which gap you are looking at, the less time you waste forcing a fit that was never there.
