Pranay Modha's interest in technology began early and developed into a passion for understanding how systems work and how they can be used to solve some of the world’s most pressing challenges. “I have seen technology help and hurt the people I care about. I want to become a researcher and engineer specializing in artificial intelligence so that I can teach others about technology— and the responsibility they have in using it.”

Pranay recently graduated from Mesa Community College with an Associate in Science, Emphasis in Computer Science. He plans to transfer to the University of Arizona College of Science to pursue a bachelor’s degree in computer science.
