I believe the people who seem to find the longest lasting success are those that aren't out looking for success, it is those that are out trying to make themselves a better person.

I remember the first talk I gave in sacrament meeting. I was 13 years old and it was a talk about Thanksgiving. I worked hard on the talk but I didn't feel like I delivered it very well.
