This is our signature 6-hour, hands-on class where you’ll learn real smoking and grilling techniques from start to finish, not just watch, but actually cook.

Hi everyone! PHX BBQ and Grilling School located at 100 W Hoover ave unit 3 Mesa, AZ 85210.
We offer 6 hour weekend classes from 9-3pm where you will learn how to prepare brisket, ribs, pork shoulder, chicken and, veggies all cooked on grills and smokers. We also teach different methods to grill and smoke as well as food safety. This is an engaging hands on class. Our class is perfect for beginners and experienced grillers (you can never learn enough!).
