Our Story

I graduated from Northern Arizona University in 2008 with a bachelors degree in Elementary Education emphasizing in Early Childhood. I have 5 years of teaching experience in both the Mesa and Gilbert Public School systems as a preschool teacher, a substitute teacher, and a long term substitute in a high school ASL classroom. This is my 5th year teaching in my home. I am located in East Mesa.

Fall classes will begin on August 14, 2018. We follow the Mesa Public Schools calendar and will observe all their holidays.

Class will be held on Tuesday and Thursday 9am-12pm; tuition is $90 per month with a class cap at 6 students.

A typical day here in preschool looks like this: start off with free-choice time while students are being dropped off; clean up for Circle Time which consists of going over the basics (letters, numbers, shapes, colors, etc), name recognition, calendar, singing and much more; line up for recess; come inside for snack; lesson (activity or craft) based on our monthly theme; Centers which will be rotated often; then puzzle time.
