2 hour Women’s Self Defense Course for ages 13+. Mommas, that age restriction is because we discuss the serious nature of self-defense and different situations you might need this skill. If you have a younger daughter who you want to take the course, you can bring her no problem. Bring all your female loved ones! Anyone who cannot afford the $50 for the course will not be turned away. See you Saturday ladies!
