Do not feel guilty! Babies and moms are all different and have their individual needs. Find what works for both of you. I have nursed all my babies to sleep and they have all figured out how to sleep on their own.

I haven't delivered in the water (I chose to be out) but labored more comfortably in the water. This is a great article for those of you considering it and have questions of its safety.
