An Oshkosh Safety Discussion Every Pilot Should Know About:
Loss of Control In-flight remains one of aviation's leading fatal accident threats, making this NTSB-led discussion especially timely.
At EAA AirVenture Oshkosh, APS Senior Subject Matter Expert Randall Brooks joined an accomplished panel moderated by NTSB Vice Chairman Michael Graham alongside leaders from the National Transportation Safety Board, Federal Aviation Administration, and Experimental Aircraft Association. Together, they examined lessons from NTSB investigations and discussed how improved recognition, training, situational awareness, and recovery techniques can help pilots interrupt the chain of events before an accident occurs.
Aviation safety advances when investigators, regulators, operators, and training experts work together. It was an honor for APS to contribute to that collaboration.
