How comprehensive is your workout?
The five categories for overall health are: muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardio capacity, flexibility/mobility, and body fat percentage!

TESTIMONIAL: “I joined Tego’s Dojo because I had been dieting for a year and made great progress but was wanting to try something new and take things to the next level.

I have been training there for four months. I was hoping to fast track my weight loss and fit into a particular dress shirt I had purchased that was too small for myself. I was able to do that in half the time.
When I started working out, I started with two sessions a week but found myself loving the experience and progress that we were making so much that I doubled them, and was able to fit into my shirt before the 2nd month. I then decided to focus on building muscle.

When I began training with Tego, I was insecure about how well I would be able to do in the workouts and if I would be able to commit to a new lifestyle.

He helped me with those reservations by creating a comfortable environment that eased my insecurities and hyped me up, all while teaching me about the process and making sure I moved at a comfortable pace.

Here’s what I enjoyed the most: Tego is incredible, nurturing, challenging and overall a big inspiration to maintain a healthy lifestyle and that going to the gym isn’t just for big, jacked dudes. The Boxing was awesome cardio. I especially liked hitting the mitts. It feels more like a game than a workout!

Compared to the standard gym experience, Tego’s Dojo is more personal, affordable, entertaining and no waiting to use the weights.

Working with Tego was amazing. I didn’t feel like I had just a trainer, I felt like I had a friend. He championed for me, challenged me, and also would adjust each workout to make them more creative and entertaining.

Here’s my biggest achievement:
I went from never working out to creating a healthy workout regime, losing weight, gaining muscles I didn’t think were possible and gaining a level of confidence I never had in my life. I was always so insecure about my body and working out but now I don’t have a panic attack thinking about walking into a gym. I feel like a different person than who I was when I started.”
