DUST STORM DAMAGE... We need a little help, please! On Wed 8/19, a gigantic record-breaking dust storm hit the Mesa/Phx area, and our sun shades were damaged. The shades have been taken down so the company can assess whether they can be repaired or if they need to be replaced, and we are waiting to hear their report. In 2023, we paid $5500 to have them installed. We have no idea what our cost will be this time around. Can you help us out? Every bit is appreciated! Our students really need the shade to protect them from the AZ sun and heat while out on the playground and courtyard. Any additional money raised will be put towards the final amount of chairs we need in the multipurpose room. If you are local to us, there is a fundraiser currently going on for a family connected to a few of our students. The address is at the top of the photo. It’s the Terra cotta colored building in the front of the mobile park.
Prices vary. I think they go till they sell out.

Tie Dye shirts as our second project for the year were definitely a hit. I can’t wait to see all the kids wear them for an upcoming Spirit Day! 😉

What a great first week of school! Silly pictures, new friends, and fried ice cream (not pictured 😉). We cannot wait to see what this year holds for each and every student! 🥰

I also want to thank everyone who helped with our donation lists! I was hoping to announce the gift card raffle winner today but it takes a surprisingly long time to fold over 1000 little papers with names 😆, so please be patient with me as I try to finish that up 😉.

I am so incredibly grateful for all the love these wishlists have gotten throughout the month of July! It really is so heart warming!

I am sharing them again, it will be the last time for a little while, but I’m sharing because the raffle opportunity is almost over. Today & Tomorrow are the last 2 days for your purchases to qualify for entries in our Gift Card Raffle!
