Your preschooler isn't being dramatic — their brain literally can't regulate big emotions yet. That's your job for now. 🧠❤️

Name it to tame it: "You're feeling frustrated because you wanted the red cup." Just labeling the feeling helps their nervous system calm down.

They don't need a lecture. They need you to stay calm first. 🌿

And their preschool teacher? They're doing this all day — getting down to eye level, naming feelings, and being a calm anchor for every child in the room. The classroom is where emotional skills get practiced...a lot! 🍎
