Step beyond patterns and precision to explore a different side of dance. In this Contact Improvisation class with Zeus, you’ll discover movement through connection, awareness, and instinct rather than memorized steps. Through simple, supportive exercises, you’ll deepen body awareness, improve partner connection, move more freely, and build trust in your natural responses. No prior improvisation experience is needed.. everything is approachable, accessible, and designed to help you explore new possibilities in movement.

We’re excited to invite you to a special class that offers something a little different from your usual training.

While ballroom dance often focuses on precision, technique, and structure, this experience is about exploring the other side of movement - connection, awareness, and feeling.

In this Contact Improvisation class with Zeus, you’ll be guided through simple exercises that help you:

• develop a deeper sense of body awareness
• improve connection with a partner
• move more freely and naturally
• trust your instincts, not just your steps

No previous experience in improvisation is needed. Everything is introduced in a clear, supportive, and approachable way.

This is not about doing things “right” - it’s about discovering new possibilities in how you move, connect, and express.
