I used to rehearse what I’d say… and still not say it

I’d run it over in my head
Edit it
Soften it
Delay it

And then the moment would pass

Now I trust myself enough to speak in real time

No performance
No perfection
Just clarity

Overthinking is just fear in a fancy outfit

I’m so proud of how I show up in rooms I used to feel uncomfortable in

I speak without overthinking
I hold eye contact without second-guessing
I say what needs to be said without softening it

And the wild part?
Nothing outside of me had to change

Power isn’t loud—it’s certain

It was deciding I was done betraying myself in real time

Now I speak when it matters
not after it’s over
