Many people are upset about recent events in the world and it is completely understandable. Because of this, it becomes difficult to stay positive and hopeful.

Some people find it hard to stay positive when so many people are suffering. But what I have come to realize is the one thing I can control is my own attitude.

I have found that the more I focus on finding ways to stay hopeful despite the negativity being felt around the world, the easier it becomes to stay positive.

This is important because staying positive is the only way to make positive changes in the world. So if you want to change the world, think about what you can do to remain positive and hopeful.

When life becomes challenging, it isn't always easy to stay positive. This is why the majority of people are stressed out. For some of you it becomes even more difficult if you can't figure out how to solve the problem. If this is the case for you, try to find something positive to focus on instead of always ruminating about the situation.
In order to shift your energy into a more positive state, you need to find ways to raise your vibration. This can be done in many ways. For instance, walking in nature will help to calm your nervous system so you can think clearly. Heavy exercise can release tension in the body. And feeling gratitude for everything good in your life will remind you that all is not lost. Keep this in mind when you find yourself wallowing in negative thought patterns.

We all know we have negative beliefs. And we also know that many of them started in childhood. What we don't know is how to get rid of the negative belief systems that keep holding us back. Take money for instance. Many of us believe that we have to work hard to make a lot of money. And because of this, we have to keep working hard to make a lot of money. Many people also believe that they'll always have to struggle to pay their bills - and that's exactly what happens - they continually have to struggle to pay their bills.
Negative Belief Systems are what hold us back in life. And until we release them, we'll continue to struggle. The good news is, there is a simple way to release our Negative Belief Systems - it's called the Belief Code. Whenever you keep yourself from moving forward, it’s usually because of some fear that you have. You may not even realize that it’s fear that’s holding you back. That’s because people tend to make excuses as to why they can’t do something. That’s much easier than admitting they’re afraid.

The next time this happens to you, stop and think of what you might be afraid of. When you think about this, you may want to think about things like fear of the unknown or fear of failure. But there are other kinds of fear too - fear of letting someone down is a big fear for many people. Fear of letting themselves down is another one. Some people think that not trying is easier than trying and failing. This is how we keep ourselves in our comfort zone. For some people, staying in their comfort zone is less frightening than stepping outside of it and taking a chance. But staying in your comfort zone usually turns out to be worse than taking a chance and following your dream. That’s because we are not meant to stay in the same place for the rest of our lives. We are meant to grow and learn and have new experiences.

So the next time you feel afraid to take a chance, remind yourself that you’re not meant to be satisfied with what feels “comfortable or safe”. Instead, you are meant to find a way to face your fears and keep moving forward. This is how people create a better life for themselves. And don’t you deserve a better life?

It's common knowledge that stress causes most illness. Even Western medicine acknowledges that stress is at the root of most conditions today. The solution seems obvious - reduce your stress.
Finding ways to manage your stress is one thing. But getting to the root of what's causing the stress is another. Most people think stressful situations are what's at the root of our stress - but it's not. What's at the root of our stress is the emotions we feel in the situation.
Negative emotions are the root of illness.
Here's an example. Many people feel a tremendous amount of overwhelm during the holiday season. They worry about everything from the food to having to spend money on gifts to trying to make sure everyone gets along. All this overwhelm and worry can lead to anxiety. And all these negative emotions can lead to illness. How? Because we do our best to put on a happy face so we can get through the holidays with the least amount of conflict possible. That means we unconsciously stuff those emotions. But guess what? Those emotions don't go away - they become energy blockages in our body, which will eventually cause some sort of problem.
This is just one example of how our emotions can affect us physically. There are so many other ways negative emotions affect our health, so finding ways to release those negative emotions can do wonders for your health. If you're not sure where to begin, give me a call. I can explain a simple process I use to release trapped emotions for clients. Not only can we release trapped emotions, we can identify and release the imbalances caused by those trapped emotions. By working on releasing all this trapped energy, your body is in a better position to begin healing itself.
