Sarah Rauccio was born and raised in Phenix City, Al and after graduating high school she moved to Connecticut and worked at a large/small animal veterinary clinic. After working there for a couple years the owner offered to pay for dog grooming school and the rest is history. After grooming at few different shops the opportunity came to become the owner of Happy Tails Gropoming in Simsbury, CT i

n July of 2011;where she was a previous employee for 2 years. Sarah graduated from the Connecticut School of Dog Grooming in October 2006 and the next year competed at NEPGP in Rhode Island and took first place with a doodle named Torre . She has been grooming for almost 20 years and is looking forward to passing on her knowledge and passion to the future groomers to come.
