⚾️ This drill is an ultimate game-changer.

This resistance band hip mobility drill helps athletes create better power, cleaner sequencing, and faster bat speed. Tie the band at waist height, step back to create tension, and rotate from an athletic stance—firing the hips first and letting the shoulders follow, just like a proper swing.

This drill helps:
• Improve hip loading and weight transfer
