Los Lobos Ballet Folklorico de Chandler High

Thank you to the Mesa Arts Center for inviting Los Lobos de Chandler High School Ballet Folklórico to perform at this year’s Mesa Día de los Mu***os! What an intentional, beautifully planned event that truly honored our traditions and community.

Our students danced with so much pride, representing Chandler High School and nuestra cultura mexicana with corazón. 💃🏽❤️ Every detail of the event reflected love, respect, and connection to our heritage.

What an amazing opportunity to work with other folklorico groups and Chandler community members to help produce this show.

All of our lobos dancers had a part in creating choreography, dancing, and volunteering. Looking forward to sharing the stage again with these amazing dancers!!

In collaboration with Chandler High Latinx student Union we are producing an amazing show to celebrate “La Historia De Nuestra Gente”. Friday, May 5th at Chandler Center for the Arts. There will be Chandler oral Histories from Querencia Chandler, Students from our Mexican American Studies classes, community leaders, lotería, during the pre-show reception at 5:30pm. At 7:00 we will be dancing with our sister community groups Instituto de Folklor Mexicano and Primavera Folklorico, spoken word and music that will guide you on a celebration of Nuestra Cultura!!
