Mondays 9am- High (cardio party!)
Thursdays 9am- Tone (body weight strength training)
Thursdays 9:30am- Yo (music driven stretching)

No classes from Dec 29- Jan 9

Classes will resume January 12!

Our first Thursday class was a major success!!! I am in LOVE with this new format! Thursday may be my new fav day of the week 👀

For now our Monday classes will alternate between HIGH and LOW, while our Thursday classes will be TONE. Both Monday and Thursday classes start at 9am. Bring your friends!!

We have approximately 4 more weeks of classes until I head back to Canada for summer. (My tentative travel date is June 17 so there may or may not be classes that week. Stay tuned!!)

I’m going to be away for a couple weeks here, and I’m really going to miss you guys! 😢
