Since 1987, husband and wife duo, Alfredo and Linda have been serving regionally-authentic Italian cuisine in Brevard County. In 2004, they proudly opened Alfredo’s Paradiso Ristorante in Merritt Island. After years of inviting guests into their restaurant, Alfredo and Linda with the help of their daughter Simona, wish to take the Alfredo’s Paradiso experience one step further by inviting their gu

Hands-On Open Classes
Enjoy a fully-prepared class where we guide you through new and traditional recipes with hands-on techniques. Hands-On Private Classes
You pick your guest list, select your menu, your date and our Chefs will guide you through the menu with hands-on techniques. Enjoy a new culinary and dining experience unlike anything you’ve tried with your family, friends or co-workers at Alfredo’s Paradiso Kitchen. Cooking Demonstration Classes
A relaxing, yet exciting demonstration of cooking as our Chefs share their tips and secrets along the way with a generous tasting of all dishes. Food & Wine Dinner
A preset menu in which each course will be paired with a specific wine. This dinner will typically feature 4 to 6 different courses, each paired with a glass of wine. Wine Classes
A tasty balance between education and excitement through the expansive world of wine. Learn how to distinguish the different colors, aromas and palates just like a sommelier. All classes will be paired with cheeses and/or hors d’oeuvres. Wine Tastings
A social event showcasing a selection of wines paired with cheeses and hors d’oeuvres. Private Event Space
Our Chefs and wait staff will prepare and serve your pre-selected menu for you, your family, friends and/or co-workers in our open kitchen. Our wine list will be available. Our private event space is perfect for corporate events, birthdays, wedding receptions and more.
