WEEK 3 STUDENT INTERACTION POST:
Chapters 9-12

These 4 chapters begin to discuss, in detail what is found inside the tabernacle.

Please discuss the following:

1. Have you ever been worshiping God and suddenly the atmosphere of the room changed?

A. If so, please describe the encounter and how it related to the table of shewbread.

B. In that encounter what did you notice was different about the environment both internally and externally?

This post and the subsequent discussion is based upon this week's reading assignment- Pages 73-158//Chapters 5-8 of 'How To Worship A King'.

These chapters start to dig deeper into praise/worship and their biblical roots. Based on what you have read in these chapters, discuss the following:

1. Which biblical expressions of praise are your favorite ways to express worship? List them and be sure to share why.

2. Are there any biblical expressions of praise found in these chapters that challenge you in both your personal and corporate times of worship? If so, list them - and if you are comfortable doing so, please share the reason why.

3. Which benefit of praise occurs the most in your life?

This post and the subsequent discussion is based upon this week's reading assignment- Pages 1-71//Chapters 1-4 of 'How To Worship A King'.

In the first 4 chapters Neese brings many things pertaining to worship into focus for the reader, but one of the most important topics he brings up is found in chapter 3 - The Tabernacle. This chapter will be foundational for the remainder of this book, so make sure you really dig into it.

The Tabernacle and how it relates to a lifestyle of worship is our topic of discussion this week. Feel free to post about anything that stood out to you in the reading that relates to the Tabernacle. There is a lot of gold found in these first 4 chapters, but don't just post quotes...talk about why you believe these sections of the book are impactful to you and how they relate to a lifestyle of worship.
