This is the way to throw hard by adding a work plan and good mechanics. I didn't throw 96 mph by chance, it was hard work repeating the process over and over again paying the price. Why do my pitchers now increase miles? Because they know how to use their kinetic chain and mechanical improvement.

I want to congratulate to Connor Martell and Henry Helton Due to the development of its speed and mechanics in the last 4 months they have increased 3-4 mph. At ProspectStars Academy we do not improvise, we work with science and experience to develop players over time.

Connor Martell ( 10 years old):

- from 43 mph to 46-47 mph

Henry Helton ( 9 years old):

- from 43 mph to 47 mph.

Tournaments are ready for USSSA. We practice at (Merritt island), 2 practice a week, nice family, professionals coaches working with the team and we give real development.
