Tracy Wines is a managing partner and co-owner of Marta’s Legacy Dance since 2011. Tracy has been dancing for 33 years and teaching for 21 years in disciplines including tap, jazz, hip hop, lyrical, character, musical theatre dance, pointe, and ballet. Tracy has studied under famous choreographers including Laurie Ann Gibson, Darrin Henson, Dave Scott, Fatima, Cris Judd, Geo, Bam Bam, Barbara Duff
y, Robin Kelly, Mr. She has choreographed and staged musicals for Cocoa Village Playhouse including “Madagascar Jr.”, “James and the Giant Peach Jr.”, “Anything Goes”, and Dance Captain of “42nd Street.” She has been named a youth dance ambassador and has performed at Walt Disney World and Universal Studios in Orlando. Appeared as an extra in a Walt Disney Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom Commercial. Tracy is the creator/director of the pop singing and dancing pre-professional and professional group “Legacy Beats” which performed around the State 2015-2018 and also auditioned for America’s Got Talent 2017. Tracy was the co-choreography and co-director of the Surfin’ Santa’s Music Video “Surf it Off’ filmed in Cocoa Beach 2015. Outside of dance Tracy is experienced as a professional, licensed cosmetologist since 2006. Tracy has worked on multiple photo shoots, filming’s, commercials, parades, shows, musicals, and, audio-animatronics from natural hair, wigs, make-up, stage make-up, and also special effect make-up including airbrushing, and prosthetics. She also is currently working with the Walt Disney Company at Kissimmee, FL, in the Entertainment-Cosmetology Department since 2010. In her role with the department, Tracy supports shows and parades at all four Disney theme parks, most notably: Disney’s Christmas Day Parade 2010 & 2012 on ABC, Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Parties, Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Parties, Star Wars Weekends, and Frozen Summer Fun. Head Hair, Wig, and Make-up Specialist at the Cocoa Village Playhouse 2016-2019, some of her most notable shows of work Cats, Dream Girls, Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, The Little Mermaid, and A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder. Tracy has recently worked on Roger’s and Hammerstein’s “Cinderella”, “Kinky Boots”, “Anastasia”, & “Mean Girls” National Tours on the Wig Team – IATSE. Most Recently Tracy was appointed the fourth in hair for the new TV series “The Right Stuff” Coming to Disney+ Fall 2020. Current Member of International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees Local 798 New York. Brandi Wines is co-owner of Marta’s Legacy Dance Studio, and she is an experienced choreographer, director, & coach. Brandi works with dancers, aerialist, singers, and actors of all experience levels. She organizes live performances helping to integrate costumes and props into a performance and developing routines quickly. Twenty-seven years of experience as a dancer in Ballet, Tap, Modern, Jazz, Street, Lyrical, Hip Hop , Pas De Deux, Contemporary, Musical Theatre also performed at Walt Disney World and Universal Studios, Hard Rock Live. Also has eight years of specialty aerialist training in silk, Lyra, hammock, cube, span-sets, web, bungee, harness, sway pole, lollipop, and various specialty apparatuses. Brandi is currently working as an aerial trainer and director for Royal Caribbean Productions as well as an aerialist for Antigravity Entertainment, and a Maintenance Choreographer at Walt Disney World, Specializing in Lyra, two point harness, bungee, silks, sway pole, hammock, and various specialized apparatus.

As we concluded tonight’s performance, we would like to thank everyone who came and supported our last recital and wanted to share one last special message.
What started 50 years ago as Cocoa Village Dance Studio under the vision of Marta Phillips grew into a place where generations of dancers found friendship, confidence, creativity, and a love of dance. For the past 15 years, we have proudly continued that tradition as Marta’s Legacy Dance Studio.
To all of our students, families, teachers, and supporters—thank you for your trust, love, and dedication over the years. While this chapter is ending, the friendships, memories, and love of dance will live on forever.

A Farewell to Our Dance Family
After 50 extraordinary years of sharing the joy of dance, it is with both gratitude and emotion that we announce the closing of our studio.
What began 50 years ago as Cocoa Village Dance Studio under the vision, passion, and dedication of our founder, Marta Phillips, grew into a place where generations of dancers found confidence, creativity, friendship, and a love for the art of dance. For the past 15 years, we have proudly continued that tradition as Marta’s Legacy Dance Studio, honoring the values and spirit that Marta instilled from the very beginning.
As we close this chapter, we reflect on the countless students who danced through our doors, the families who supported them, the teachers who inspired them, and the community that embraced us for five decades. Every recital, performance, class, and memory has become part of a legacy far greater than any one building.
While our studio doors may be closing, the impact of Marta’s vision and the memories created here will continue to live on in the hearts of everyone whose lives were touched by this special place.
To our dance families—past and present—thank you for allowing us to be part of your journey. Your support, trust, and love have meant more than words can express.
We are deeply grateful for 50 wonderful years and for the opportunity to carry forward Marta Phillips’ legacy. Though this chapter comes to an end, the music, the friendships, and the love of dance will remain forever.
