This cabinet will hold some of the most important work in our classroom.

Our students begin here as young as 3 yrs old, and at this age, practical life experiences are foundational to development.

Don’t underestimate the importance of these early practical skills.

Through purposeful every day, work like pouring, buttoning, organizing, cleaning, food preparation, and caring for the environment, children develop:

Independence
Concentration
Coordination
Confidence
Responsibility

These activities may appear simple, but they are building the habits, skills, and mindset that support deeper learning for years to come.

Meaningful learning begins with purposeful hands-on experiences.

Something beautiful is growing this August. 🌿

Tiny Oaks will soon open its doors as a microschool designed to provide:

There are certain people you come across who just get it—the heart of working with children, the responsibility, the intention behind it all. Alex Gonzalez is one of those people.

I’ve seen her dedication, her integrity, and the way she shows up for children and families—and I couldn’t be more excited about launching Tiny Oaks Montessori Microschool with her.
