Our high school class ended the year with a splash! During our Memorial Day break our students took a trip to the Keys to continue studying marine biology. They had so much fun as they studied the local area and marine life!

💖 Ms. Caitlin is our teacher of the week! 💖
She works both in the high school classroom, teaching English and history, and in our elementary room where she assists Ms. Shalay everyday. Ms. Caitlin brings a wholesome and joyful presence to the school. We wouldn't be where we are today without her. The students love her hands on approach and very much enjoy the creative projects she comes up with! Thank you, Ms. Caitlin, for all that you do for us. ❤️

Check out some of our culinary one students personal seasoning blends! While studying different flavors and seasonings our students learned how to bloom spices and which profiles worked well (and which didn't!) before making their own!

Join us and our homeschool community for an end of year semi formal to kick off the start of summer! Both middle school and high school students will have a designated time, tickets will be available for purchase in advance on Eventbrite or in person at the school!

When learning about our environment and the impact we have on the world our students learn best when they get to be more hands on!

Last week our students worked so hard to make beautiful mother's day frames! Ms. Meg led the craft and did a phenomenal job helping each child create the perfect gift!

We had a blast at our (slightly early) end of year field trip! Our students split up to enjoy all the park had to offer and a few of them even closed down the park!
A few highlights:
🎢 One of our students measured way in advance and excitedly got to ride their first big roller coaster! 🎡

🫍 Our students got to see many special interest animals, which led to drawing the animals they were most excited about! 🦭

🎢 The high thrill ride group managed to walk on the Mako coaster 3 times in a row 🎢

🏃🏼‍♂️ A student and our run club coach managed to cross the entire park in record time to catch one last ride! 🏃🏼‍♀️

🐧 Some of our students miss colder climates and got to spend lots of time in the penguin exhibit! 🥶

We started teacher appreciation week off right with a May the 4th be with you celebration! This afternoon our students and staff got to dress up and enjoy many classic Star Wars snacks, write our own Star Wars mad libs, play bingo, and craft while we watched our favorite star wars shows!

A big thank you of course to our wonderful parents for their help decorating, sharing their costumes, and bringing in treats! 🥰 We couldn't do it without you!
