Dr Woodie Flowers was an incredibly loved, important member of FIRST. Woodie was the heart of FIRST during his lifetime. He was the one who brought the community aspect of FIRST to life. He created the term Gracious Professionalism.

FIRST describes Gracious Professionalism as “a way of doing things that encourages high quality work, emphasizes the value of others, and respects individuals and the community”.

FIRST would not be what it is today without Woodie's influence, everyone can learn something from Woodie.

We cannot wait to see everyone on Saturday!
Stop by the MHS Gymnasium anytime between 8:30am and 4:00pm to see the action. This is a great opportunity to see what FIRST Robotics is all about.
