Our Simple 4-Step Enrollment Process
Step 1 – Discovery Call and Pre-Screening
A brief phone consultation to learn about your loved one’s needs and determine if Sunlite is the right fit.

Step 2 – On-Site Tour
Visit our Merrillville facility, meet our team, and explore the environment.

Step 3 – Clinical Assessment and Care Planning
We complete an assessment and create a customized individualized care plan.

Step 4 – The Sunlite Transition Day
Your loved one’s first day is guided carefully to help them feel comfortable, welcomed, and supported.
