will take on DeKalb in the Semi-State Semi-Finals on Saturday at Schreiber Field on the campus of LaPorte High School - here's some helpful (hopefully) info for the day:

Our game is the second semi-final, so we don't have an exact time for first pitch, but its estimated between 12:30-1:00.

You will need to purchase a new ticket for the championship game - your ticket to the semi-final allows you to watch both semi-finals. Tickets are $12 per person ($13.32 if using a card) and can be purchased with cash/card at the gate or at https://public.eventlink.com/tickets?t=192807 for the semi-finals.

Parking is located off I Street with entrance by the 3B side or F stride with entrance on the 1B side.

For those who can't make it, the game will be streamed at ihsaatv.org.

Congratulations to players Maddy McCoy and Ashlyn Hite on earning spots on the Softball Coaches Association of Indiana's Second Team All-State for Classes 1A & 2A!

On the season, Maddy hit .514 with 13 RBI, 3 doubles, 2 triples and 26 stolen bases!

Ashlyn hit .510 with 51 runs driven in, 11 doubles, 4 triples and 11 homers!

Great work on the diamond ladies!

Shoutout to catcher Olivia Thornberry for earning an Exemplary Behavior report for Saturday's semi-state semi-final!

"Olivia is such a fantastic current and future leader of exemplary sportsmanship!" the home plate umpire wrote about her. "She is a shining example of the word SPORTSMANSHIP and LEADERSHIP! WELL DONE YOUNG LADY!"

Andrean Baseball will play semi-state at LaPorte next Saturday. The Niners have game 2 of the day and will face DeKalb. Game time is TBD.

A great Niner softball season comes to an end in the semi-state championship by a final of 8-6.

Great season ladies - thanks to all of our coaches and seniors for a fun ride.

Niners got some work to do with the bottom of the 7th coming up, trailing 8-3.

The Niners put up a pair of runs in the bottom of the 4th to cut the Western Boone lead to 4-2.
