The preschool students from Mrs. Walker’s class at Miller Elementary School wanted to celebrate the amazing Nurse Wroblewski. They worked hard on cards for her and insisted on visiting her in her office. Nurse Wroblewski is the best!

Miss Hays’ preschool class at Iddings Elementary School wanted to celebrate their fabulous school nurse, Nurse Patterson. She always takes such good care of all of the students. The preschool classes certainly appreciate her!!

The Merrillville Preschool program will be accepting applications for the 2026 - 2027 school year on Friday, May 15 at Miller Elementary School. Parents should be prepared with copies all of the documents listed. We cannot accept information from phones.

Mrs. Berkes’ preschool class at Fieler Elementary School thanked the Nutrition Services team for ”feeding their bellies and giving them brain food” as part of the celebration of School Lunch Hero Day.

Ms. Rosenski’s preschool class at Iddings Elementary School celebrated School Lunch Hero Day by honoring the hardworking school nutrition services team.

What a fun and educational family engagement event! The children had a wonderful time practicing their one-to-one correspondence, counting, and matching numerals.
