STILL ROCKING!!!! Congrats to Kaylee Blocker (Hanover Central HS) on their regional championship win over Griffith on June 2nd. They play Logansport HS on June 6th Lakes Park. Kaylee received Honorable Mention in the Northwest Crossroads Conference for her play this season. 5 HR’s, 27 RBI’S, 5 doubles, 2 triples, .689 SLG %. Keep hammering the ball and good luck in semi state.

Rae Harris (14U Schererville Heat) takes that low and away pitch and drives it to the right center field gap. Hit so hard the defense has a hard time picking it up and getting the throw to the cut off so Rae makes it in to second easily. Many more solids coming you way Rae.

A huge congrats to Allison Hase (Crown Point HS JV) on being voted (by the team) the most improved player and the scholar athlete awards. Allison is a very driven student athlete. If you follow her with my posts, she also plays on the flag football team. On to the summer travel season for Allison. Great awards to be bestowed upon you.

Mae Pearson (12U Schererville Heat) takes a chin music type pitch comes up and fires the ball to second nailing the runner. Love the excited hop and cheering on her team after the play. Mae had quite a few singles over the weekend tourney in which they came in second place.

After a bit of a dry spell at the plate, Sophia O’Day (11U Sox) gets that perfectly placed 🥎over the second base girl’s head. And, as she comes back to 1st base, it’s nice to get that high five from Mom. Many more hits coming this summer Sophia.

Brooklynn Baker (14U TC Boomstix) lines the 🥎 past the 3rd base girl down the left field line yesterday in Naperville. As she races around the base path, the relay throw goes to 3rd but the girl has trouble controlling the 🥎 and Brooklynn ends up being safe. Way to smack the 🥎 Brooklynn.

Congrats to Olivia Thornberry (Andrean HS) on their sectional championship win today. As a freshman, Olivia has spent most of the season behind the plate for Andrean. She has a .989 fielding percentage to lead the team in this category. She is 16 for 46 (.348), 9 RBI’s and 2 triples. Good luck in regional play Olivia.
