The PTO is donating two raffle baskets geared towards kids to this year's Trunk-or-Treat, but before we spend any funds we wanted to reach out and see if anyone has anything they would want to donate for the raffle baskets? If you do, please comment or message us. Thank you!

UPDATE : All dates are now sponsored! 🥹🥰 Thank you!

🍿 We are looking for three more Popcorn Friday sponsors for this school year. Sponsorship is $155 this year. Each student gets a free bag of popcorn, and you get a Facebook shout out that can include a message.

We have the following dates available:

October 16
January 15
March 19
April 16

The date may change depending on field trips, school closing, etc. We have one sponsor that does not have a preference for which month so they will take the last month. Thank you!

We will have the Welcome Back to School sign back out tomorrow morning, and we hope you love the sidewalk art as much as we do! Thank you to the members that were able to make it out and share your artistic talents. 🥹😍

Amber, we will be in touch to get those tickets transferred to you. We will send the Grand Stand gift cards home with the kids on Tuesday next week. Gera, we will see you and a guest at the auction in April!

We hope to see some more new faces at our next meeting on September 21 at 6pm!

Tonight at Back to School Night we will have a table at church where you can talk to us, get a list of meetings, sign up to win two tickets to our famous yearly auction, and sign up to win two tickets to the Badger football game on Sept 19th against Eastern Michigan!

We will also have this beautiful banner hung up in front of the school for any parents that want to get those first day of school photos done early! Thank you to PTO member Carly Anne for making this beautiful banner! We will also have it hung up the actual first day of school.

We will see you all tonight!!!

Happy last day of school Trinity! Here are a few wrap up items we have for you.

🥳 $70,000 - Yes, you read that right! That is how much money we brought in at the 10th annual auction. It blew away our previous record from last year. This means we can upgrade all of the ipads, upgrade the archery program, pay for all field trips, and more! 🥹😍Thank you!

🏆PTO legends Beth Weinkauf and Jill 'Nichols' Bostrom have stepped back from officers positions to take on more relaxed roles next year. Please help us thank them for the endless hours they have put in to make the PTO such a huge success! 💙

🤩 Our new President is Natalie Klug, VP is Jessica Fehrenbach, and Treasurer is Kaitlyn Seeger. We will be voting in a new Secretary at the first meeting next year. We will post an event soon with the date and time. We can't wait to see some new faces next year!

🏊‍♂️We will have a free family summer pool night at the Bierman Aquatic Center in July, and we will post it as an event as soon as we book the date.

📌The 11th annual auction will be on April 24, 2027. Get your babysitter booked now!

💙It is really hard for us to put into words how grateful we are for the whole Trinity family. We see kids, parents, extended family, staff, congregation members, and community members step up every single day to support each other. Sometimes it is as simple as a hug or a high five, and sometimes it is a record breaking auction. Whenever you see a need, you fill it. It does not go unnoticed. We see it, and we deeply appreciate all of it. THANK YOU!💙

We are working on finalizing our official numbers from this weekend, but we can already tell you that we hit a new record for the amount we raised! 🥳

We also realized we missed one of our Platinum Donors for this year. So our apologies and our thanks go out to Daley Beat for being a platinum donor again this year!

We are only two days away from our 10th Annual auction! 🥳
Today we are taking a moment to thank our platinum donors. Their donations include stays at a cabin, sharing of talents, handmade one-of-a-kind item, tickets to sporting events, numerous raffle baskets, monetary donations, and so much more. Thank you!!!
