Lost River Jr./Sr. High School

High School serves the communities of Malin and Merrill preserving traditions and a deep rooted commitment to supporting their students and the educational experience which began in 1970. Located in the Klamath Basin, Lost River Jr./Sr. High School serves 240+ students in grades 7-12. The students come from hardworking families where the days begin before sunrise and end long after sunset. The students recognize the benefits of hard work and bring the same work ethic into the classrooms where certified and classified staff meet the needs of the students and provide a complete educational experience. The Lost River students take every opportunity presented to positively represent their communities at the highest level. In the halls you will find students who have competed at the national level in Future Business Leaders of America, individuals and teams representing Oregon in national competitions for STARBASE, a program sponsored by the Department of Defense, The Real World Design Challenge, a national engineering design competition,and state caliber athletes and teams. When you visit Lost River Jr./Sr. High School, you will observe a dedicated and experienced professional staff who are committed to meeting the needs of the students.
