When returning to or sitting in your vehicle:
• Keep your head up and put distractions (like mobile phones) away until doors are locked and you are moving.
• Maintain visual awareness of approaching individuals and maintain reactionary distance.
• Park in well-lit, visible areas whenever possible.

Recognizing a developing threat early gives you the critical seconds needed to maneuver, create distance, and respond safely.
