To provide a developmentally appropriate learning environment and teaching curriculum
so that two, thr

ee, four and five year old children can grow in the areas of cognitive,
social, emotional, creative and physical development. To provide active and creative play areas that facilitate cognitive self-expression,
creativity and positive social interactions. To give children many opportunities to acquire self-help skills that in turn fosters
a sense of independence and self-worth. To provide an atmosphere where children learn to treat others with respect. To provide a wide variety of child initiated as well as teacher directed activities
to engage the learning style of each child. To communicate with families keeping them well informed about their child's progress and the opportunities to be part of the school community.

Although Seaford Community Preschool has closed its doors, our community, memories, and traditions live on in the most beautiful ways.

We are so proud to share Friendship Garden Preschool’s Thanksgiving Feast, a celebration that reflects so much of the heart, warmth, and tradition our SCP families helped build over the years. 🧡

Seeing so many of our former students and families now part of the FGP community fills us with gratitude. The traditions that meant so much at SCP are not only continuing ….they’re growing bigger and brighter at our new home!
