CrossFit Strong Island

We boast an impressive 5500 sq-ft facility that includes a 2400 sq-ft indoor turf. We are a short 2minute walk from the train station and have access to ample parking for our members. CrossFit is a “back to basics” type of training. We employ functional movements to facilitate our members to meet and exceed their fitness goals in a short time period. CrossFit is a combination of metabolic conditioning (running, rowing, jump roping), gymnastics (any bodyweight exercise), and weight training (power-lifting, Olympic lifting, kettlebell techniques), with a time or task oriented domain. We believe there are ten components of fitness;

CrossFit Strong Island is not your regular “run of the mill” gym; it’s a community and a way of life. Our training is instructor-based, whether through group classes, team training or one-on-one.
