National Fentanyl Awareness Day 💜
Today, on the 5th annual National Fentanyl Awareness Day, we pause to remember the lives impacted by the fentanyl crisis and to remind our community that awareness, education, and prevention can save lives.
At Community Parent Center, we believe prevention begins with conversations. It begins with parents being informed, young people understanding the risks, and our community working together to recognize the dangers of fentanyl and counterfeit pills.
💜 Awareness — Know the facts.
💜 Education — Talk openly with your children and teens about the dangers of fentanyl and fake pills.
💜 Prevention — Equip families with knowledge and resources before a crisis happens.
One conversation could change a decision.
One moment of awareness could save a life.
One family equipped with the right information can help protect another.
Today, we remember those we have lost, stand alongside families who have been impacted, and commit ourselves to continuing the work of education, prevention, and awareness.
Let’s talk. Let’s educate. Let’s prevent. Let’s save lives. 💜
