Just in time for back to school, our beloved gym has new mascot bears!
Say hello to Parker and Pride Merriam Park!
So excited for the new addition.
These pictures don’t do them justice, they are truly stunning in person. Yay for the visual arts! Our students will be enjoying these pieces for many years to come.
Big Thank you to the artist Jason Romanishin and the PTA for making this commission happen.

Just saw Merriam Park Elementary students being recognized and showcased on the Rustic Vintage Rose page with their photography!
I am so incredibly proud of the students and their beautiful art pieces!
I can’t wait to continue to inspire, teach and show what kids can make.
I am truly honored to be apart of this amazing calaboratipn with Dee Wright and the SMSD PTA Reflections team. Thank you for making it possible for students to show work in a professional setting.
It’s been a dream running The Memory Makers photography club at MP. I can’t wait to start it up again this school year!
Kids are so talented! Go Bears!

I want to take a moment to give a shout out to the Merriam Park PTA and all the volunteers at yesterday’s annual school carnival! 🎡
It truly takes a village, and with everyone’s help it came together in such a perfect way!
