I’m taking a small group of busy dads through a 12-week coaching program built around structure, consistency, and realistic fat loss.

This is NOT:

-extreme dieting
-6-day gym programs
-meal plans you can’t follow
-anything complicated

This IS:

-3-4 full body workouts per week
-simple nutrition targets
-weekly accountability check-ins
-adjustments based on real life, not perfection

The goal is simple:
get stronger, leaner, and more consistent without needing your life to revolve around the gym.

Right now I’m only accepting a few dads so I can actually coach them properly.

I’m not opening this to everyone.

I’m only taking a small number of dads who I think I can actually help get results with consistency.

If you’re serious about getting structure for the next 12 weeks, send me “DAD” and I’ll send the intake form.

Most diets fail because they expect you to be perfect.

That’s not real life.

You’ve got work, kids, and a schedule that doesn’t slow down.
So if your “plan” only works when everything is perfect… it’s going to fail.

Fat loss doesn’t require extremes.
It requires something you can repeat.

That’s why I keep it simple:

80/20 eating
Protein at every meal
Same basic meals on repeat
No cutting out foods you enjoy

This is how busy people lose 20+ lbs without living in the kitchen or starving themselves.

If you’ve been starting over every few weeks, stop looking for a harder plan.

You need a simpler one.

Fat loss isn’t complicated.

But most people make it complicated by chasing extremes.

Cutting carbs.
Doing hours of cardio.
Trying to be perfect for a week… then quitting.

None of that works long-term.

What actually works is boring:

Eat in a calorie deficit
Strength Train 2-3 times per week
Stay consistent for months, not days

That’s it.

That’s how busy dads lose 20+ lbs without living in the gym.

If you’ve been overthinking this, simplify it.

Comment “SIMPLE” and I’ll show you how to structure it.

Most guys don’t need a harder plan.

They need a simpler one they can actually follow.

Fat loss isn’t complicated, but it is easy to mess up when you’re busy, tired, and trying to figure it out alone.

That’s why I keep it simple with my clients:

3 days of structured strength training
High-protein, flexible nutrition
Accountability so they don’t fall off after week 2

If you’ve been stuck in the cycle of starting and stopping, it’s not a motivation problem.

It’s a structure problem.

Comment “FIX” if you want me to break down what a simple week of training actually looks like.

Cardio works… but only while you’re doing it.

That’s the problem.

You don’t have time to burn 500 calories every single day just to stay in shape.

Strength training solves that.

You build muscle → your body burns more calories all day → fat loss becomes easier to maintain.

That’s why I have busy dads train 3 days per week instead of living on a treadmill.

Less time. Better results. Actually sustainable.

If you’ve been stuck doing more cardio and getting nowhere, it’s time to switch.

Comment “LIFT” and I’ll show you how to structure it.

Double progression is the simplest way to apply progressive overload

Most people overcomplicate progression.

They either:

add weight too fast and stall
or repeat the same weights for months with no direction

Double progression fixes both.

How it works

You set a:

-rep range
-load

Example:
Bench press: 3 sets of 8–12 reps

You keep the weight the same until you hit the top of the rep range on all sets.

Step-by-step

Let’s say you start at 185 lbs:

Week 1:

10 / 9 / 8

Week 2:

10 / 10 / 9

Week 3:

11 / 10 / 10

Week 4:

12 / 12 / 12 → you progress

Now you increase load:

185 → 190–195 lbs

Then repeat the process.

Why this works better than “just add weight”

Straight load progression fails because:

-strength can fluctuate
-form breaks when load jumps too fast
-people stall and quit progressing on a straight progression method

Double progression is a sustainable and effective method for long-term progress because it
ensures that increases in weight occur only after proficiency is demonstrated at a given load. This
prevents premature load jumps, which can lead to excessive fatigue, while still promoting
consistent progression.

Most people waste time in the gym without realizing it.

Long workouts don’t equal better results. Better structure does.

One of the most efficient tools I use with busy clients is density sets. Density sets allow for more high quality, perhaps more stimulating reps, compared to many popular set/rep schemes. And likely a greater total amount of work performed.

Instead of dragging out a workout, you compress high-quality work into a fixed time block.

Example:

Barbell squat for 14 minutes

You choose:

-Load
-Sets
-Reps
-Rest periods

A simple example is Squatting at 85% for 15 minutes. You choose how many reps per set
you want to do. You can do singles, doubles, triples and you can change how many reps you do
each time you perform a set. The goal is just to get as many total reps done as you can.

How progression works:

At the end of the 14 minutes, you track total reps.

Less than 20 reps → keep the same weight next time and build total reps
20–25 reps → increase 5–10 lbs next session
25+ reps → increase 10–20 lbs next session

Why this works for busy adults:
-Forces efficiency (no wasted rest, no fluff sets)
-Builds strength and conditioning at the same time
-Keeps sessions tight and repeatable
-Removes the “what do I do today” decision fatigue

You are not trying to live in the gym.

You are trying to get a stimulus, progress it, and leave.

Most people fail because they rely on motivation and long workouts.

This system relies on structure.

Same movement. Same time cap. Clear progression.

Simple enough to repeat. Hard enough to work.

Most people think cardio is the key to fat loss.

It is not.

Fat loss comes from a consistent calorie deficit. You can create that through food, activity, or both. Cardio is just one tool in the system, not the system itself.

I use incline walking because it is:

Low stress on joints
Easy to recover from
Time efficient
Sustainable year-round

But here is what matters more than the cardio itself:

What you do most days, not what you do occasionally
Whether you can repeat it for months, not just weeks
Whether it fits your schedule without burning you out

You do not need 60 minutes on a treadmill every day to lose fat.

You need a plan you can actually stick to.

Cardio can help increase daily calorie burn and improve conditioning, but if your nutrition and training are inconsistent, no amount of cardio fixes that.

Simple approach I use with clients:

Lift 3–4x per week
Walk or incline walk 2–4x per week if needed
Adjust food intake based on progress

That is it.

No extremes. No punishment cardio. No overcomplication.

If your current plan feels like something you cannot maintain, it is not a fat loss plan. It is a temporary effort.

Stop Wasting Hours in the Gym. Train 3 Days/Week Instead.

Most people don’t fail because they don’t try.

They fail because their training plan is too complicated to stick with.

5–6 day gym splits sound good on paper, but in reality:

-You miss sessions
-You rush workouts
-You lose consistency after 2–3 weeks

That’s where progress dies.

You don’t need more days in the gym.
You need structure you can actually follow.

So I built a simple 3-Day Efficient Workout Plan designed for busy adults who still want real results.

Inside you get:

-3 full-body training days per week
-Simple structure (no guessing, no random workouts)
-Efficient programming that respects your time
-A repeatable system you can run every week

This is built for people who work full time, are parents, or anyone who just doesn't have time to live in the gym.

If you can commit to 3 consistent days, this works.

I’m giving it away for free.

Most people don’t struggle because they’re lazy.
They struggle because they don’t have a plan they can actually stick to and that works for them.

I’m Garin,

-Owner of GarinTFitness.
-High School Strength and Conditioning Coach
-NASM Certified Personal Trainer

I am also a husband, dad of 2, and full time teacher/coach. So like you, my day is packed from the second I wake up to the time I lay my head down to rest. I don't have time for 2 hour gym sessions 6 days a week or to meal prep and weigh every single thing I eat. The truth is, you don't need all that. What you need is a simple, but efficient plan that gives you the most out of the very little time you do have.

What I do is simple:
-I give you a clear plan.
-I adjust it based on your progress.
-I hold you accountable so you actually follow through.

-No random workouts.
-No crash dieting.
-No starting over every Monday.

If you’ve been:
-Going to the gym but not seeing results
-Falling off after a few weeks
-Unsure what to do when you walk in

That’s exactly what I fix.

My coaching is built for people with real schedules. Work, family, responsibilities. You don’t need more time. You need better structure.

If you’re ready to actually stay consistent and see progress, send me a message with the word “START” and I’ll walk you through what this looks like.
