Here’s a fun way to randomly assign groups from one of our favorite programs, Cubelets BOT Builder:

Grab a bag and fill it with colored building bricks and hold a ✨Random Brick Draw!✨ The colors should match the number of groups you want (for instance, 4 colors for 4 teams). Learners draw one brick and join forces with others who picked the same color.

💪 SUPER :
Take this strategy a step further! Challenge each group to channel their inner artists and create a team emblem using their brick colors. It’s not just a grouping strategy anymore—it's a chance to spark creativity and build team spirit with their new groups!

That’s why after a full day of quarterly Town Hall collaboration — mapping out bold new initiatives for STEM educators — we took our high energy to the lanes for a team glow bowling night.
