Kids Say the Funniest Things...

One of the greatest joys of preschool is hearing the wonderful things children say as they explore the world around them.

A simple visit to our Totschool fish tank sparked big imaginations and even bigger smiles:
"Let's read them a story!"
"The fishy is saying hi to me!"

These little moments remind us that learning begins with curiosity. Every question, observation, and conversation helps children build language, confidence, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning.

Once Upon a Time...

Our Pre-K class recently became authors by creating a collaborative class book, We're Going Camping! 🏕️

Each child wrote and illustrated one page using exciting camping vocab while practicing early writing, language and vocabulary, and expressing their creativity. As each page came together, so did one amazing class story!

Activities like this help children develop confidence in writing, strengthen communication skills, and discover that their ideas matter. We are so proud of our little authors and the community we have built here at Creative Imaginations! 💚✏️

Can you tell this week is all about Camping?

We love to reflect that in each of our specialized learning centers. You can see our camping themed paper, vocabulary words, and sand trays! Giving children the freedom and independence to explore literacy and writing through hands-on materials allows for the deepest and most memorable learning experiences to happen.

At our literacy and writing center, we see future problem-solvers, storytellers, artists, authors, and friends.
