It is finally here!!
The flyer for Treasure Valley Karate Championships.

We wanted to make sure we got a few details figured out before putting out our flyer.

🥋 YOU’RE INVITED! 🥋
We’re excited to announce that our tournament is OPEN TO EVERYONE who would like to participate!
📅 Saturday, October 3rd

One of our favorite things about hosting this tournament is bringing people together. It’s a chance to meet others in the karate community, make new friends, and enjoy some fun and friendly competition. ❤️

Whether this will be your very first tournament or you’re an experienced competitor, we would love to have you join us! Beginners are absolutely welcome — you don’t need tournament experience to participate.

Our goal is simple: to bring a fun, friendly, and well-run karate competition to the Boise area where athletes of all ages and experience levels can step onto the floor, challenge themselves, and have a great experience. 🥋💪

We’re also fortunate to have several regionally and nationally ranked AAU officials and coaches involved with the tournament, helping us provide competition that is organized, consistent, and as fair as possible.

When aaukaratenationalprogram brings coaches and Inclusive athletes to the WUKF World Karate Championships in Romania, it creates a heartwarming picture of what karate is all about. 🇺🇸🥋❤️

We were especially excited to see several Inclusive Team USA AAU athletes from the West Coast competing on the world stage this year!

We are so thankful for the opportunity, the coaches and families who support these athletes, and most of all, the athletes who continue to show what is possible through karate.

What an incredible experience to see Inclusive Karate represented at Worlds!

Great job team WMA!

On May 16th, Coach/Sensei Jon Morrow, all eight athletes of the Inland Empire AAU Karate Team, and seven members of World of Martial Arts' Karate 60 program, which helps train potential future team members, competed at the Franco Cup karate tournament at Leona Libby Middle School in Richland, WA. Athletes represented our valley well with 43 medals between the two groups and three triple crown finishes for athletes Jayden Henderson (with a bonus silver in a short weapons division), Milo Jones, and CC Subis.
Congratulations to the team! IEAAU Karate has a bright future!

Kamdean Saager captured the gold medal in kumite, a sparring competition against opponents, at the 2025 Karate World Championships held in Sweden. Saager competed as a member of Team USA
