It's hard to watch our kids be in distress! The heightened reactivity of the gifted nervous system can bring about cautious alertness, worry, and even fear. In this small group your child will learn about how we are programmed for survival, what it feels like to be in "fight or flight" and then how to change worry and fear with specific strategies.
