Fresh picked heirloom tomatoes and Louisiana purple pod stringbeans. These will be at Knight's Country Market on Hwy 39. For the folks that can't buy directly from me for whatever reason, go see Dennis and Samantha LaChute. They are some fine hard working local folks! Knight's Country Market

Last night's garden fresh dinner from 😋 Fresh snap beans, cooked with new potatoes, squash/zucchini cooked down in a skillet with onion 🌰 in some olive 🫒 oil, more new potatoes cooked in the microwave and mashed with butter 🧈 and 🧂, a rotisserie chicken from Winn Dixie that wasn't even necessary 🤣, and some sliced fresh cucumbers 🥒🥒 chilled in the fridge for a bit. Sunday Suppers 🍽 from the garden are the best!!!

It's a kinda supper tonight! When those zucchini get big, doesn't mean they aren't good! Go ahead and stuff em! Peas from last year topped with Teresa Porter 's Pool Room Slaw and sliced fresh cucumbers! 😋

Time for another update!!!! is out in that garden all day every day if he's not working 👨‍🌾 Won't be long!!!!

Warm weather 🌞 and rain 🌧 is helping everything along 🤗🤩

For everyone asking where we will be located.....at this time there are no plans for a permanent location. We will make every effort to accommodate as many of our customers as we can....we promise!
