If you are in need of any reptile supplies or feeders, check out Bio Boutique! They are located in Leavenworth but are 100% worth the drive! The owners are absolutely wonderful people, and they truly care about these animals and their customers. Instead of supporting a big chain store that doesn't care about the animals and want to charge their customers an arm and a leg, support a local small business where they will fight for the proper care of these animals and want to provide the best services for their customers. Give them a try if you haven't yet - you won't regret it!

Sophia, our rose hair tarantula, has been making a lot of progress! She has been eating well and making beautiful webs throughout her enclosure. Although she was a little shy and nervous, she made the choice to come out and say hi all on her own! This was amazing progress to see, and we can't wait to learn more about her personality and see her grow! 🕷

We will be closed this day, but we will be set up for the trunk or treat held at the shopping center. We can't wait to see all of your amazing costumes!

Note: We are in the shopping center between Meriden Gun Shop and Gambino's Pizza. There is a glass door that you will enter through into a hallway. Walk down the hallway and you will find us! Our door is directly at the end of the hallway, and it will be open when our facility is open.

🐀Feeding Experiences 🐀
We feed our small snakes every 2 weeks and our large snakes once a month. All of our snakes are fed frozen thawed rodents, so you don't have to worry about watching a live animal get eaten. You can find these days marked with a 🐀 icon below. We do our feedings on Saturdays at 5pm to allow the public to be able to watch and learn about how a snake eats their food. Due to the behaviors snakes exhibit when the scent of their food is in the air, we don't allow any of our snakes to be interacted with between 4pm-6pm on feeding days to ensure the safety of our team and our customers. If you're lucky, you may even have the chance to feed a snake 😉During this timeframe, our lizards, turtles, and tortoises are still available for interactions

We had a successful move over the weekend into our new suite! Everything went well and the animals are all safe and doing okay! With the move, we have been working some crazy hours, so we were able to catch a glimpse of Crush, our common snapping turtle, sleeping 😴 We definitely still have some work to do to get it ready for all of you to visit so if we don't respond to emails or messages right away, we promise we will get to them as soon as we can!

✨SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT✨

WE ARE MOVING!

Well, kind of... we are moving from Suite A to Suite G in the same mall that we have been located in.

Our NEW location will be between Meriden Gun Shop and Gambino's Pizza.

We will be closed from September 26th to September 30th to allow ourselves plenty of time to get everything moved over to the new suite, get the animals set up in their enclosures and allowed time to adjust to their new surroundings. During this time, we may not respond to emails or messages right away, but we will work on responding as soon as we can! Our main priority these days will be getting everything moved over and making sure our animals are safe in the process.

You will walk into the door in the image below, walk straight down the hallway, and enter through the doorway at the end of the hallway into our own little reptile paradise. We also plan to have a sidewalk sign outside to help direct you were to go - if you see our logo, you're close!

This gives us just a little bit more space which will allow us to upgrade a few enclosures (which are already in the works), potentially get new species, allow more space for you all to visit, and potentially allow us enough room to offer new activities in the coming year.

If you want to be one of the first people to see our new suite, we are currently accepting tour bookings for Thursday October 1st! Send us a message or email us to get on our schedule 😁
