Jefferson West High School CTE Health Science pathway needs your help.

Calling any and all Healthcare related occupations. Are you a Doctor, nurse, CNA, Med Tech, SonoTech, or anything Healthcare related? (too many to list)

JWHS has two Introduction to Healthcare classes this year. Each student will research a healthcare career of their choice and present the information to the class. Students will reach out to a professional (in September or January) to ask them questions about their duties, education and advice as they consider the career. All we need is you and your expertise.

Jefferson West students are back in the classroom, and our mentors can’t wait to reconnect with their mentees, hear about their summer adventures, and begin another year of encouragement, laughter, and growth.

Right now, we’re looking for more caring adults to join the Jefferson West Teammates family. You don’t need special experience…just a willing heart and just 30-60 minutes once a week during the school year within school hours to meet with your mentee on campus to make a lasting difference in a student’s life. If you’ve ever wondered how you could give back to our community, this is your opportunity. Send us a message to learn more, and please like, share, or tag someone who would make an amazing mentor. Together, we can ensure every student has someone in their corner.

Medals awarded to the top three finishers in each age group and gender.
The top three overall women and top three overall men will each receive a beautiful piece of handcrafted pottery created by retired Jefferson West art teacher Mark Ralston.

⏱️ Professional Timing
Morgan Sports Timing will once again provide race timing. Craig has done a fantastic job timing the Tiger 5K over the past several years.

💙 Support Jefferson West Cross Country
All proceeds benefit the Jefferson West Cross Country program by helping provide team meals and needed supplies throughout the season.
