🥳 Now Hiring: Inventory Manager (part-time)

We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee inventory accuracy and organization across our operation. Lots of shake flavors means lots of products to count and track.

This is a part-time position averaging up to 10 hours per week, typically scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Consistent weekday availability is required.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine inventory counts
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and identify root causes
- Monitor inventory procedures and ensure compliance
- Follow up on inventory-related issues with team members
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reporting
- Help improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency

Qualifications:

- Dependable and consistently punctual
- Strong attention to detail & basic math
- Comfortable working independently
- Organized and process-oriented
- Basic computer skills
- Prior inventory, retail, warehouse, or restaurant experience is helpful but not required

This position is ideal for someone looking for a consistent part-time schedule and who enjoys organization, accountability, and problem-solving.

Soft open starts March 24! So here's the deal for soft opening ..

1) The shake menu is running about 180 flavors right now - not the normal 300. Check it to make sure we have your flavor. And if not, hey, isn't it time to try something else just once 🤔

2) We have two people working the day shift - including a new team member. So if you can, order online so we can have enough time to get your order ready on time. If you order in person, we'll give you a buzzer so you can wait in the warmth of your vehicle.

3) Speaking of the day shift, if you know anyone who fits the Jones vibe ... and is available to work some day shifts (10:30am-5pm) on Mon-Fri, please recommend they apply on our website 😅

Next up - we need team members! We'll run slightly reduced hours until we get into May, but there's still plenty of openings for day and evening shifts.
