Veterinary Science Summer Camp in Action! 🩺🐶
Our Health Professions Veterinary Science Summer Camp students had an incredible week exploring the many possibilities within the veterinary field! 🐕🐈‍⬛🐄

From the zoo to university veterinary programs, our campers gained valuable hands-on experiences and an inside look at careers in animal health:
🦁 Tour of Gladys Porter Zoo — Students explored animal care and learned more about the important role veterinary professionals play in caring for zoo animals.
🩺 Texas A&M University – Kingsville — Campers received a hands-on tour of veterinary technician facilities and discovered more about the education and skills needed for a career in veterinary technology.
🐎 Texas A&M University – College Station — Students toured the veterinary building and the Large Animal Teaching Hospital, gaining an up-close look at veterinary medicine and the care of large animals.

We are proud to provide our students with opportunities to explore, experience, and envision their future careers in veterinary science! 💙🐾
