This past week was another success at Chacon Middle School’s Summer Soccer ACE Program! We welcomed new students, learned new skills, worked hard, and had lots of fun on the field.

⚽ ACE Summer Soccer Camp Update ⚽
Our first week of ACE Summer Soccer Camp has been a huge success! We had lots of drills, learning opportunities, laughs, games, and plenty of fun. The week ended with an exciting mini-tournament where our Champions took home prizes! 🏆
It's not too late to join! We still have 5 more weeks left, and we'd love to see more players come out and have fun while improving their soccer skills.
📍It’s open to all 6th–8th grade students from Chacon Middle School.

An Opportunity for an Act of Kindness: Another school year has ended. If you may happen to have any gently used uniform attire your child(ren) may no longer utilize, we are now accepting donations. Donations will be to assist our Chacon families in need. Items accepted are uniform polo shirts (hunter green- 6th grade, red - 7th grade, navy blue- 8th grade). Tiger Spirit Shirts and pants (not torn jeans) may also be donated. We appreciate your consideration and assistance. Items will be collected now until January 3rd. A special acknowledgement and sincere appreciation to some of our outstanding administrative team members. Mr. Nieto our Assistant Principal who brought his tremendous leadership and expertise to Mercedes ISD - CMS. To Ms. Ashley De Leon our amazing, Dean of Instruction and Ms. Ryan Gonzales our talented, Academic Coach who all help guide and lead our teachers and students in very important ways. Thank you! 🧡🖤Our Chacon Champions displayed an act of kindness and proudly created a special “M” for the Mercedes Independent School District graduating class of 2026 commencement ceremony.
