After-school (1x a month or 1x per week 45-60 minutes)
During School (1x a month 30-45 Minutes)

I have been doing a Taekwondo program for Ballico for about a year and continuing, they are doing great and some have even earned their next belt!

Update: on my Certified Massage Therapy Journey (and possibly advance neuromuscular therapy)
It's Sep 3rd (as of now) and Grades
I have completed Shiatsu A
I have completed MFT "in Term 1" A Myofascial Therapy (Neck, Shoulder, Scapula, Knee, Wrist, Elbow
Ankle, foot)
Kinsieology Term 1 A
Clinic A
Business/Ethics A
Muscles/Bones Term 1 A
Physiology (currently on)
Externship on track for A
Attendance 100%
Almost finished on East (1st Term) currently doing Energy Massage and then moving into Thai Massage
I have 2 more exams left(Business/Ethics & Final Exam) this month then 1st term is over on Sep 25th, 2nd Term starts Sep 29th, then on to the West!
So my favorite part so far in this journey is the personal challenge (something I'm doing other than Taekwondo) that is bringing a better sense of purpose for me and another way to increase my own wellnesss but a way to help others
Just recently I gave someone Massage in our clinic yesterday and the client said "I feel awesome!" That's what I love. ❤️
Am I still anxious at times: yes, just because I'm striving for perfection (even though that's impossible).
I also love the people I have met, it motivates me too, keeps the focus going "Iron Sharpens Iron"
So I'm about half way there!
Then trying to decide if I want to continue onto the advanced program (Advance Neuromuscular Therapy) 🤔 it's only another 4-5 months... anyways until then I'm loving this journey and keep moving forward
I will be taking the Mblex too, to be nationally licensed massage therapist
So lots to come! 💪❤️🙏
